Welcome
Hey there! I am a licensed Clinical Psychologist in San Diego, California, USA. I received my Doctorate from the California School of Professional Psychology (Alliant University) in 2004. Prior to receiving my Doctorate, I interned at The Center and the SDSU Counseling & Psychological Services center.
My approach to therapy is an empathic and pragmatic, and I draw on techniques and tools from psychodynamic, existential and cognitive-behavioral psychology. Though each person and therapy is unique, in general I aim to help my clients increase self-awareness, learn new ways of coping with difficult feelings and situations, change maladaptive behaviors and thoughts, and find meaning and contentment in thier lives.

My office is located on the corner of 4th and Redwood in the Bankers Hill area of Hillcrest in San Diego, CA.
